About Latinas in Cannabis

Founded in 2020, Latinas in Cannabis has grown from a small Instagram channel into the largest digital and in-person community for Latina cannabis professionals, advocates, and allies. Their mission is clear: dismantle cultural and gender-based stigmas around cannabis, foster mentorship, and create safe spaces where Latinas can thrive in the cannabis space.

The Summit itself was a day filled with connection, education, and inspiration. Highlights included:

  • A powerful welcome ceremony
  • Four thought-provoking speaker panels
  • Interactive workshops
  • Networking and sesh-friendly spaces like the Bong Bar and Grower’s Lounge

Guests also explored the Vendor Village, grabbed coffee, enjoyed delicious bites, and walked away with curated cannabis gift bags and raffle prizes.

Our Activation: Creativity + Community

At our booth, we invited guests to personalize their own stash jars and tins. With stickers, gems, ribbons, and charms, attendees transformed simple containers into one-of-a-kind keepsakes,  expressing their individuality and celebrating their connection to the plant.

We also highlighted our award-winning XJ-13 cannabis flower, freshly rolled by a professional roller using Omar Rolled It tips and THC Design branded joints. Sharing these sessions and conversations underscored the joy of creativity, culture, and cannabis community.

Why Representation Matters in Cannabis

The Latinas in Cannabis Summit was more than just a celebration, it was a reminder of how representation, mentorship, and safe spaces help drive the industry forward.

The panels and workshops touched on meaningful topics like:

  • Cannamotherhood and supporting parents in cannabis
  • Dismantling stigma around Latina leadership in the industry
  • Professional development for future leaders in cannabis

These conversations left attendees with valuable knowledge, networking opportunities, and a sense of empowerment.

Looking Ahead

We’re proud to support Latinas in Cannabis as they continue building community, amplifying Latina voices, and creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders.

Until next year, we’ll carry the inspiration of this event with us and continue doing our part to uplift and empower the cannabis community.
