About The Position

THC Design is a leading indoor cannabis brand, dedicated to providing premium products and an exceptional experience for both business clients and consumers. With innovation, creativity, and deep roots in cannabis culture, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will lead our marketing strategies and drive growth in both B2B and DTC channels.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and increase sales. You will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital, content, social media, email, and product marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience, who can manage multi-channel campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to meet company goals in both B2B and DTC markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns, utilizing a mix of digital and traditional media.
  • SEO & Analytics: Drive SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic, and use Google Analytics and other tools to track performance and optimize efforts.
  • Email & Text Marketing: Manage and execute email marketing campaigns using Alpine IQ, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and automation.
  • Social Media: Manage social media strategy and execution across platforms, using tools like Sprout for scheduling and best practices for content creation.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams or external vendors to develop marketing materials. 
  • Brand Management: Ensure that all marketing activities align with the brand’s voice, tone, and image, while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Product Marketing: Support product launches and promotions through targeted marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless integration with sales initiatives.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, adjusting strategies based on data to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and external partners to ensure integrated and aligned marketing efforts.

Compensation: $75,000.00-$85,000.00/yr

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • ​​Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of driving successful campaigns in both B2B and DTC markets.
  • Experience overseeing a team of designers and content creators. 
  • Experience in paid ad and SEO strategies
  • Hands-on experience with email and text marketing platforms. 
  • Familiarity with social media management platforms and best practices for content creation.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Must be 21+
